Find your Care
You do not have to figure this out alone.
Whether you are pregnant, postpartum, navigating a child's diagnosis, managing chronic health issues, or just trying to find a therapist who actually gets it - Radiant Day matches you with vetted providers who specialize in what you need.
How it works:
Fill out our quick intake form (5 minutes, works on your phone)
We personally review your request within 24-48 hours
You get up to 3 matched providers, depending on availability and matching, with contact info and next steps
No runaround. No calling ten places yourself. No dead ends.
This is free. Radiant Day is funded by provider directory subscriptions, not your wallet.
Not sure what you need? Fill out the form anyway. We will help you figure it out.
If you are in crisis, call or text 988. Radiant Day reviews intakes within 24-48 hours and is not an emergency service.
Being matched with a provider through Radiant Day doesn't guarantee a specific outcome — we vet and match, but your care and treatment decisions are always between you and your provider. If a match isn't the right fit, tell us and we'll help you find another.
Your information stays yours. We use HIPAA-compliant systems (IntakeQ and Spruce) to collect and share what you tell us — nothing gets sold, nothing gets shared without your say-so.

Yes. Radiant Day's care navigation is funded by provider directory subscriptions, not by families. You will never be charged to submit a request, get matched, or get follow-up support from us
-
Call or text 988. We review intake requests within 24–48 hours, so we're not built for emergencies — please don't wait on us if you need help right now.
-
Within 24–48 hours of submitting your intake form. If it's been longer than that, email us at hello@theradiantday.com, and we'll check on it.
-
It goes into IntakeQ, a HIPAA-compliant system — not a random inbox. We share it only with the provider you're matched to, and only after you're matched. We don't sell it, and we don't share it with anyone outside that match. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
-
Tell us. Matching isn't a guarantee, and part of our job is helping you find someone else if the first match doesn't work out.
-
No — we ask for insurance information so we can match you with providers who take it, but having insurance isn't required to submit a request.
