Health Information: When you submit a care request or intake form, we collect health-related information (such as your reason for seeking care and insurance details) in order to match you with a provider. This information is handled through IntakeQ, a HIPAA-compliant intake and storage platform, and shared with the matched provider only with your permission. Ongoing check-ins related to care navigation happen through Spruce Health, a secure messaging platform. Radiant Day is a directory and matching service, not a healthcare provider, and is not itself a covered entity under HIPAA — however, we hold this information to that same standard of protection. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone outside the referral you requested.

Marketing Emails: We may send marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of any email.
