When a family submits a care request, we look at what they need and match them to the right provider.
Intake arrives with them
Name, date of birth, contact info, and insurance go straight to you, so you're not starting paperwork from scratch.
You schedule, we follow up
You reach out to book them. We check in one week after intake to make sure they got connected, and again after their first appointment to make sure they're happy with the match.

Our directory isn't a Yelp page.
Every provider is vetted, and every listing comes with care navigation follow-up. Families can contact you from your listing or come to you through our care navigation.
Free to list
Before you join
- Free to list. Basic listings are free while the directory grows. We never charge per referral or per client. You're being found, not buying leads.
- No guarantees on volume. Joining doesn't promise a set number of clients or outcomes.
- The care is yours. We vet every provider before listing, but clinical care is between you and your clients.

How much does it cost, and what's included?
Listing in the directory is free right now. Every listing includes care navigation follow-up, meaning we check in with families one week after intake and again after their first appointment. If you'd like extra promotion, such as a featured spot or a feature on our social channels, contact us and we'll walk through the options.
Is this a per-referral fee?
No. Listing is free, and we never charge a fee per client, referral, or booking. That's a line we don't cross.
What's expected of me if I join?
Keep your license and insurance current, respond to matched families in a reasonable timeframe, and let us know if you stop taking new clients so we don't send people who can't get in.
How do you vet providers?
We verify each provider's license and malpractice coverage and talk with them directly before listing. Same process for every provider, no exceptions.
Can I leave anytime?
Yes. There's no long-term contract. Remove your listing whenever you want.
What if a matched family isn't a good fit?
Tell us. We'd rather hear it and adjust future matches than leave you with a referral that doesn't work for either of you.
