Our directory isn't a Yelp page. Every provider is vetted, and every listing comes with care navigation follow-up - meaning we check in with families after the match to make sure they actually got scheduled with you.
Families can browse the directory and find you - but every connection still goes through our care navigation process. That means warm, informed referrals. Not cold clicks.

A few things worth knowing before you join: directory fees are flat-rate subscription pricing for visibility and referral infrastructure — never a per-referral or per-client charge. You're paying to be found, not paying us for individual leads.
Joining our directory doesn't guarantee client volume or outcomes, and Radiant Day isn't responsible for the clinical care you provide — that's between you and your clients. We vet every provider before listing, but the care itself is yours.

When a family submits a care request, we review their needs and match them to the right provider. We send their basic intake information directly to you so you're not starting from scratch on paperwork. You reach out to get them scheduled. We follow up at week one and two to make sure they got connected and are happy with their match.

Yes. If you're a solo provider, you're typically listed individually under one of our base plans. If you run a practice with multiple providers, our Practice Plan covers your whole team under one listing rather than paying separately for each provider — contact us and we'll figure out what fits your setup and headcount.

No. You pay a flat subscription rate for directory visibility and care navigation infrastructure — never a fee per client, per referral, or per booking. That's a deliberate line we don't cross.

Keep your license and insurance current, respond to matched families in a reasonable timeframe, and let us know if you stop accepting new clients so we don't send people your way who can't get in.
