How it works

You send the referral
The secure form takes about three minutes. We kept it short because we know you're filling it out between sessions.
We reach out to your client
We mention your practice by name so they know the connection is legit. A quick heads-up from you that we'll be in touch helps a lot.
We match and follow up
We connect them with a provider who can see them, most within two business days, then check in one week after intake to make sure they got connected, and again after the first appointment to make sure it stuck.

Not a clinical provider
Radiant Day is a care navigation and provider directory platform. We don't diagnose, treat, or bill insurance for care. We match clients with independent providers who do.
Always free to the client
No per-referral or per-intake fees, ever. Provider partners pay a flat monthly subscription to be listed in our directory.
HIPAA-compliant handoff
Client information comes in through secure, encrypted forms, with Business Associate Agreements in place.
