Welcome to Radiant Day. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of theradiantday.com, our care navigation services, our provider directory, and our community spaces (together, the "Services"), operated by Radiant Day LLC ("Radiant Day," "we," "us"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms
1. What Radiant Day Is — and Isn't: Radiant Day is a directory, care navigation, and matching platform. We are not a healthcare provider, and we do not diagnose, treat, or provide medical, mental health, or clinical advice. Any care you receive is provided solely by the independent provider you're matched with, under their own professional judgment and licensure — not by Radiant Day.
2. Not an Emergency Service: Radiant Day reviews intake requests within 24–48 hours and is not equipped for emergencies. If you are in crisis or need immediate help, call or text 988, or call 911.
3. No Guarantee of Outcomes: We vet providers before listing them and do our best to make thoughtful matches, but we cannot and do not guarantee that any match will be available, appropriate, or successful for your specific situation, or that any provider will accept new clients at a given time. Vetting reduces risk; it does not eliminate it, and it is not a warranty of a provider's future conduct or the outcome of your care.
4. Free to Families, Paid by Providers: Care navigation and matching are free for individuals and families. Radiant Day is funded through provider directory subscription fees. We do not charge families for matching, and we do not charge providers a fee per referral, per client, or per booking — provider fees are flat subscription rates for directory visibility and care navigation infrastructure only.
5. Your Information: Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect and how it's used. By using the Services, you consent to that handling. Health-related information you submit is used solely to match you with a provider and is shared only with the provider you're matched to.
6. Community Guidelines: Our community lives on Facebook and is not a substitute for professional care. Content shared by members, including advice or experiences, reflects the views of that member only, not Radiant Day, and we do not review or endorse it. Be respectful; we may remove content or members that violate basic decency, harassment, or safety norms at our discretion.
7. For Providers: By joining our directory, you represent that you hold all licenses, certifications, and insurance required to practice in your field, that this information is accurate and current, and that you will notify us promptly of any change (including suspension, lapse, or disciplinary action). Radiant Day may remove any provider from the directory at any time, with or without cause, including if vetting standards are no longer met.
8. Intellectual Property: All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, and design — belongs to Radiant Day LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties: The Services are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
10. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radiant Day LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including damages related to care received from a matched provider, community content, or interruptions in service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Radiant Day LLC harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
12. Changes to These Terms: We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
