  • No. Every provider in the directory clears the same vetting: license, malpractice coverage, and a direct conversation with us. Listing is free, and optional featured spots are extra promotion, never a shortcut past that check.

  • Yes. Browse the directory above — filter by your state, your insurance, and what you need help with. Every provider listed is vetted and currently taking clients. We’re still in our Founding Partner phase, so the directory is growing; if you don’t see a fit, start your intake and a real person will search our internal list. You’ll hear from us within one business day. Most matches within two business days.

  • Don’t see a fit? Start your intake. We know providers beyond this directory, and when we need to, we’ll find someone new and meet with them to confirm fit before we recommend them. Some specialties also have eligibility requirements for using insurance (for example, ABA therapy typically requires a formal autism diagnosis to bill insurance) — we’ll walk you through anything like that when we review your intake, so you’re not left guessing on your own.

  • They're removed. Vetting isn't a one-time checkbox — if we hear something that raises concerns, we look into it and take action, up to and including delisting.
