How it works

Care that takes root, branches, and blooms.

Radiant Day is where women, moms, and caregivers find what they've been missing and grow into who they are. Start wherever you are.

If a provider is what you've been missing, here's every step.

From your first message to your first visit, and what comes after.

01

Day 1 · about 5 minutes

Share what's going on

Fill out one intake form in your own words: what you're feeling, how long it's been going on, what you've already tried, and what happened the last time you asked for help. It can be about you or about your child.

What that includes

  • Symptoms and history, written however you want to write them
  • Your insurance plan, or a note that you don't have one yet
  • What you need from a provider — patience, a second opinion, someone who listens
  • Scheduling constraints: work, childcare, transportation
02

Days 1–2

Get matched

A real person reads your intake and goes looking, checking networks, credentials, subspecialties, actual wait times, and how other patients describe being treated. You get one to three options with a plain-English reason for each.

What that includes

  • In-network confirmation before anyone is recommended
  • Upcoming availability, shared when you ask
  • Subspecialty fit for what you're actually dealing with
  • A short, honest note on why each option was picked
03

Days 2–7

Get ready for the first visit

Once you pick a provider, your demographic info, insurance details, and release of information go to their office. If you'd like, you'll get their upcoming availability so you can book the time that works for you. Then there's a check-in one week after intake to make sure you got connected, and another after your first appointment.

What that includes

  • Demographic info and release of information sent to the provider
  • Network status confirmed with the provider
  • Appointment and tech prep guides: what to bring, what to ask, how to log on
04

Branch · Anytime

Get connected

Care is rarely just one appointment. Radiant Day brings together the providers, groups, and resources women, moms, and kids need, so you're not hunting down each piece on your own.

What that includes

  • A Care Directory of vetted providers across specialties
  • Support groups and local mom communities
  • Workbooks, toolkits, and products for women, moms, and caregivers
  • Plain-language guides on the blog
05

Bloom · Ongoing

Grow into it

The appointment isn't the finish line. Self-Advocacy Coaching, in 1:1 sessions and group classes, helps you speak up when the answer you got wasn't enough. Between-visit follow-through checks in after each visit, follows up on referrals and results, and helps you keep track of what to bring next time. Both are private pay and optional.

What that includes

  • Check-ins after each visit: did it happen, and what's next
  • Referral and test-result follow-through
  • Simple tracking forms and a summary for your next appointment
Being straight with you

What Radiant Day does, and what it doesn't.

Better to draw the line clearly now than have you find it at the worst moment.

What Radiant Day does

  • Reading your intake and understanding your situation
  • Researching and shortlisting providers
  • A new match if the first provider isn't the right fit, at no cost
  • Checking insurance networks
  • Appointment and tech prep guides

With between-visit follow-through (private pay)

  • Referral and records follow-up
  • Follow-through when something gets dropped

What Radiant Day doesn't do

  • Medical advice, diagnoses, or prescriptions
  • Emergency or urgent care — call 911 or go in; call or text 988 in a crisis
  • Paying your medical bills or premiums
  • Guaranteeing a specific provider says yes
  • Booking, confirming, or rescheduling appointments for you
  • Guaranteeing what a visit will cost

How long does it actually take?

You'll hear back within one business day, and most matches come within two. Wait times depend on the provider: some have next-week openings and some are six weeks out. Ask, and you'll see upcoming availability before you commit. If the wait feels too long, say so and a sooner option gets found. In a crisis, call or text 988.

Your information stays yours. Radiant Day uses HIPAA-compliant tools (Jotform Gold and Spruce) to collect and share your information. Nothing gets sold, and nothing gets shared without your say-so. Read the Privacy Policy.
