Ongoing support
Two add-ons for when getting the appointment wasn't the hard part. Priced to your situation — per session or as a monthly package — after a free fit call.
Self-Advocacy Coaching
1:1 coaching and small-group classes on speaking up for yourself: pre-appointment strategy, documenting symptoms, planning after a visit that went badly, second opinions, big care decisions, and caregiver load.
Best when you've already been dismissed once.
Between-visit follow-through
Check-ins after each visit, referral and test-result follow-through, what to bring next time, simple tracking forms, and your notes summarized for your next appointment.
Best for long stretches between appointments.
We quote support only after we understand what you need — so you never pay for a package that's bigger than your situation.
Where insurance fits — and where it doesn't.
Do I need insurance to work with Radiant Day?
No. Care navigation and provider matching are free either way. If you're uninsured or between plans, we'll look for sliding-scale, community health, and cash-pay options and tell you what each one lists as its cost before you commit.
Do you take insurance for the paid services?
Self-advocacy coaching and between-visit follow-through are private pay. Insurance doesn't cover these services. The upside is no prior authorization, no network restrictions, and no claim surprises.
Will you tell me what an appointment will cost?
We check the provider's network status before your visit and tell you in plain English what we confirmed and what we couldn't. We can't guarantee what a visit will cost; your provider's office and your insurer set the final amount. If prior authorization may be needed, we'll give you a heads-up and explain how it works.
Can I use an HSA or FSA?
Some plans may allow HSA or FSA funds. Check with your plan administrator; we can give you an itemized receipt.
Start with the free part.
You may never need the paid services. Get matched first — if you want more support after that, we'll talk about it then.
Free to start, honest about the rest.
Tell us what's going on and we'll get to work — no card, no commitment.
Free to start. No insurance card needed to say hello.
