The questions people ask before they trust us with this.
If yours isn't here, email or call — we'd rather answer it directly than have you guess.
A real person reads it within one business day. If anything is unclear we'll email you a couple of questions. Then we start researching providers and come back with one to three options and a plain reason for each.
About 5 minutes. Write in your own words — you don't need medical vocabulary, chart numbers, or a tidy timeline. If you don't know something, skip it and we'll ask.
Yes. Moms coordinating a child's specialists alongside their own care are exactly who this is for. You can tell us about your child in the same intake, or fill it out twice.
Yes. We're based in Mississippi and currently have providers in Mississippi, Tennessee, Texas, New Jersey, and New York, and we're working toward being nationwide. If we don't have someone in your area yet, we reach out to our connections to find a provider who fits. Tell us where you are and we'll be honest about what's available.
No. Radiant Day is care navigation and self-advocacy coaching, not a medical practice. We don't diagnose, prescribe, interpret results, or give medical advice. What we do is get you in front of the right clinician faster and help you get more out of that visit.
Tell us and we go again. That's part of the free service, not a do-over you pay for. It's genuinely useful information — what didn't work narrows the next search considerably.
That works. Following up on referrals and records is part of our between-visit follow-through, and we can give you a heads-up on prior authorization. We'll pick up wherever you are.
With your written permission, we send your intake info to the provider you choose. Following up with offices on referrals and records is part of between-visit follow-through. We don't make clinical decisions on your behalf.
If it's an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department — we're not an urgent care service and we can't respond fast enough for a crisis. If you're in a mental health crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) any time. For situations that are serious but not emergencies, say so in your intake and we'll prioritize and tell you what your fastest real option is.
Yes. Care navigation, provider matching, network checks, your intake and release forms, and appointment prep guides cost nothing. No card, no trial, no upsell requirement. Self-advocacy coaching and between-visit follow-through are the paid services.
Per person, after a free fit call — either per session or as a monthly package, depending on what you need. We quote after we understand your situation so you're not paying for more than you'll use. Email us for current rates.
Insurance doesn't cover navigation or support services, so the paid support is private pay. We do work with your insurance on the care side: checking provider networks and giving you a heads-up if prior authorization may be needed. We can confirm network status, but we can't guarantee what a visit will cost.
You can still work with us. We'll look at community health centers, sliding-scale clinics, cash-pay pricing, and any assistance programs you may qualify for, and tell you what each option lists as its cost before you commit to anything.
Only the Radiant Day team working on your match. We share details with a provider's office only to the extent needed to share your intake and submit your paperwork, and only with your permission.
We use HIPAA-compliant tools (Jotform Gold and Spruce) to collect and share what you tell us. Nothing gets sold, and nothing gets shared without your say-so. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.
Yes. There's no contract on the free service, and paid support can be paused or ended whenever you want. Ask us to delete your intake and we will.
Still have a question?
Ask it however is easiest. A person answers within one business day.
