Everything between deciding to get help and actually getting it.
Matching, insurance help, and appointment prep are free. Self-advocacy coaching and between-visit follow-through are private pay, so add them only if you want them.
Care navigation & provider matching
We read your intake, research providers who fit your situation and your plan, and come back with two or three real options — each with a reason you can understand.
- Network and credential verification
- Subspecialty fit for your specific issue
- Upcoming availability, shared when you ask
- Second-opinion matches when you need one
Intake, insurance & appointment prep
We check that providers are in your network before you book and give you guides so you walk in ready. We can confirm network status, but we can't guarantee what a visit will cost. One-on-one prep is part of Self-Advocacy Coaching.
- Intake demographic form and release of information sent to your provider
- In-network check before you book
- A heads-up when prior authorization may be needed, and how it works
- Appointment prep guide: what to ask and what to bring
- Tech prep guide for telehealth visits
Self-Advocacy Coaching
For when you've been dismissed, rushed, or sent home without a plan, or when a big care decision is sitting on you. We coach you one-on-one or in small groups so you can speak up for yourself and get heard.
- 1:1 coaching on how to advocate for yourself
- Group self-advocacy classes
- Pre-appointment strategy and prep
- Help documenting symptoms and history so they're taken seriously
- Escalation and second-opinion planning after a dismissive visit
- Decision support for big care choices, such as when to seek therapy
- Caregiver load support when you're managing someone else's care too
Between-visit follow-through
The weeks between appointments are where things slip. We check in on a schedule and make sure the next step actually happens.
- Check-ins after each visit: did it happen, and what's next
- Referral and test-result follow-through
- What to bring next time, plus simple forms to keep track
- Help tracking what's changing, if you want it
- Your notes pulled into a summary for your next appointment
Not sure which of these you need?
Start with the intake. We'll tell you what we think would help — including when the answer is just the free part.
Free to start. No insurance card needed to say hello.
